HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
We offer express delivery service for a flat rate of £5.99, or standard delivery service for £2.99 per order. Free delivery is available for orders over £19.99.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES gifttn.com ACCEPT?
We currently accept credit card payments and PayPal. If you would like to use a different payment method, we are happy to assist you!

IS ONLINE SHOPPING THROUGH support@gifttn.com SECURE?
Absolutely! We use GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures the secure transmission of your personal information over the internet. We do not store credit card information and do not share your personal data with third parties.

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing your order at support@gifttn.com. After this time, we will not be able to make any changes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I'M NOT HOME?
If you are not home, a new delivery attempt will be made the next day, or the delivery driver will contact you to arrange a new delivery date, depending on the country and shipping method chosen.
If your package cannot be delivered, you may also need to pick it up at your local post office.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please contact us by email at support@gifttn.com.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDERED ITEM? CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
A pre-ordered item is an item you order before it is in stock. You can cancel it until your order is processed. To do so, please send us an email to support@gifttn.com.
I ordered an available set with a pre-order item. Will these be shipped separately?
We will ship your order as soon as all items are available. If you would like to receive your available item before the pre-order item, please send us an email to support@gifttn.com.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy.
Items must be in their original condition, and the return label and hygiene seal must still be attached. Items must not have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that do not meet the above requirements.
gifttn.com offers a full refund (item price plus shipping costs).
All returns can be sent to our return warehouse in the USA.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been easier!
We offer a 14-day, hassle-free return policy. To initiate a return, simply send us an email within 14 days of receiving your package to support@gifttn.com from the email address you used to place your order.
Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping costs for returned items, except for defective items. We also cannot reimburse return shipping costs. Once the items have arrived back with us, we will ship your new items or you will receive your refund (item price plus shipping costs).
We are not responsible for the loss of returned items. We recommend that you return items via registered mail and keep the tracking information.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
We take great care to ensure that all items sold are of the highest quality. If you experience any problems with a defective or damaged item, please email us at support@gifttn.com so we can investigate the matter for you immediately!
